Cr\u00e9ation du club cyclo en D\u00e9cembre 1973 sous le num\u00e9ro f\u00e9d\u00e9ral : 1375
* Premier nom :Arras V\u00e9lo Cyclo Club
* L’initiateur et promoteur<\/strong> du cyclotourisme \u00e9tait Benjamin<\/strong> PUCHOIS<\/strong>.
* Le si\u00e8ge du club est situ\u00e9 \u00e0 cette \u00e9poque au local de la section cycliste de l’Arras V\u00e9lo Club.
C’est en 1984 que le titre du club change et devient : ARRAS CYCLOTOURISME et prend son ind\u00e9pendance vis \u00e0 vis de l’AVC; il prend donc un nouveau num\u00e9ro f\u00e9d\u00e9ral :
Le si\u00e8ge du club est : Maison des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s, rue Aristide Briand \u00e0 ARRAS
* Le club change de si\u00e8ge le 11 f\u00e9vrier 1981 pour arriver au camping municipal, 138 rue du Temple, ARRAS.
* Le club change de si\u00e8ge en ao\u00fbt 2006 pour arriver au stade Emile Zola, rue Emile Zola \u00e0 ARRAS. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
